Happy Monday

Anyone unfortunate enough to be on the daily waffle stream that is my facebook page will probably be more than aware of my current employment status. That is to say, I'm unemployed. NABBA Northern Ireland 2013

Saturday the 27th of April 2013 brought an onslaught of power and muscle to the Ulster Hall in the heart of Belfast, and I was fortunate enough to have been invited along by the team over at Irish Muscle to cover photographic duties at the event. Having only ever occupied this role once before at WABBA Derry in late 2012, I was keen to get involved one more time and try my hand at free shooting a live event.

Conor Small

I thought i'd share a couple of shots from a brief session I had with my mate Conor Small the other day. He competed in the Novice class at the RIBBF on Sunday the 14th of April and we agreed to get a few shots following the event. Conor himself felt as though he needed another couple of weeks on the diet to bring his best package to the table. Despite this he still placed 4th in a very tough class and knows more about his body and diet system should he return to stage down the line.

Unwinding after our usual Sunday jaunt with my close friend Peter Fedrizzi and I thought it best to share some of my day in images rather than words. My brain is a like a worn out washing up bowl right now and grammatical composure is a pipe dream.  Our team; Patricia Wawrzacz at the helm as creative director, Magdalena Zlazak as our eagle eyed make-up artist, Piotr Bieniasz working his magic as hair stylist, were all joined by the gracious and beautiful Laura Sexton of Distinct Model Management who would be our model for the day.
